Asked to exchange a lens that was bought for me for my birthday but wasn’t right for my camera body, and John was very helpful. He helped me choose the right lens for my camera and what I wanted to use it for. He also helped me choose some accessories. Very helpful and informative. Great service. Thank you.

The staff of Castle Cameras are amazing; they recommended the perfect set up for me. Today they offered free one-to-one guidance from a representative from Canon called Rick. He spent ages with me explaining all the features of my new camera so I can get the best out of it. You won’t find better service anywhere else!

If I could only give them more than 5 stars I would. Excellent customer service. Shipped my camera on the day of purchased and received on the next day. They are superb they treat you at its finest. Trustworthy store and highly recommended.

Local camera store that has quite a wide range of products for photography and videography both new and used. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is not particularly big to display all the products but you can always browse their website first.
